We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel orders or make any changes to the following: items in the order, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method.

We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

Orders ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you enjoy all Cypress Coast Creations products, but we understand that everyone’s taste is a little different. For health and safety reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges. We want you to be happy. If you ever have a problem with your order, send an email to cypresscoastcreations@shaw.ca within 30 days of purchase.
